Where Do You Ship From?
If you are a U.S. customer, your bike will be shipped from one of our domestic warehouses, located in California or New Jersey. Shipping is handled by FedEx Freight, so it will not be delivered by a standard small parcel truck. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
If you are outside the U.S., your order will be shipped directly from our warehouse in China. International shipping typically takes about 40–50 days for delivery, depending on your location and customs clearance.
Does AGILIX Bikes comes with Warranty?
YES all bikes/parts comes with 1 years limited warranty for all our clients and dealers.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
